FSG, New Window and Doors - Bournemouth
Early in 2022 Smarter Home Systems were contacted by email by Mrs M from Denmark Road Medical Centre in Winton, Bournemouth - less than a mile from our office and showroom. The Medical Centre required new fascias, soffits and guttering as the current ones had failed a dilapidation report on the building. Smarter Home's owner Louis Harbison attended the site himself to assess the work required and duly submitted a competitive quote which was immediately approved for work to commence.
Soon after this scaffolding was ordered and supplied so that the work could be done in a safe and efficient way. Once the scaffold was erected Smarter Home made short work of dismantling and removing the old fascias, soffits and gutters and replacing with new products. This then complied with the requirements of the dilapidation report whilst also providing a cleaner, better looking building.
This turned out to be just the first phase of this project as Mrs M was so impressed with the tidiness of Smarter Home's work whilst on site and the price given she then proceeded to ask about further works. This included the replacement of three existing doors and a window which again were old and tired and not providing the latest in thermal efficiency or security.
After again completing a site visit including all measurements taken our quotation was again accepted for work to begin. In less than a day the existing doors and window were removed and new items fully installed and thoroughly checked for fitting. Mrs M expressed her appreciation of two excellent pieces of work undertaken by Smarter Home Systems.
