Roof Painting & Cleaning - Winchester
In August 2021 Smarter Home Systems were contacted by Mr S from Winchester who was sourcing quotes for the complete refurbishment of the roof of his property. He required it to be cleared of moss, thoroughy cleaned and then re-painted to transform it from a muddy brown to a more contemporary anthracite grey colour.
Smarter Home travelled to Winchester to complete a site visit and then submitted what turned out to be the most competitive quote gained by Mr S. Having duly won the contract for this project Smarter Home's first task was to deal with Winchester Council on behalf of Mr S to ensure that no covenants would be breached in the process of completing these works. Once this was approved work commenced on site in late August.
Smarter Home began by removing all evidence of moss and lichen from the roof and performed a thorough check of all roof tiles and mortar including ridge tiles. Any broken tiles were replaced or repaired before applications of the industry leading ProPERLA resisitant coating. The final transformation was complete once the anthracite painting was performed. All works were completed in just over a week.
Having seen the quality of Smarter Home's work Mr S asked for a price to replace his fascias, soffits and guttering to complete the renewed appearance of his property. These tasks were also finished much to the client's delight as they left the following review on our Checkatrade page:
