Mr & Mrs M contacted Smarter Home after witnessing our work on a property in their location. Having seen the transformation of a neighbour's property it prompted them to tackle their own after many years of neglect and gradual decline.
Mr & Mrs M sourced several quotes for the moss and algae removal on their substantial roof. Smarter Home Systems quote compared favourably, not the very cheapest but two other quotes were a fair bit higher. However having witnessed first hand the high standards we achieve on our projects it was an easy choice for them to trust Smarter Home with their home improvement. The works include a thorough moss and algae removal prior to an application of anti-fungal coatings to remove stubborn lichen. The final phase of work was for Smarter Home to apply the industry leading ProPERLA roof coating to seal the roof for years to come.
Upon completion our clients were so impressed with the appearance of their as good as new roof that they requested additional work to be completed. This involved smartening up the frontage of the house to complement the roof as the rendering required re-painting and as the property is of a tudor appearance the wooden beams were renewed in black timber paint. These tasks definitely resulted in the whole property looking back to it's best.
