Moss Removal and Roof Cleaning
In November 2022 Mr R walked into our showroom to enquire about a full roof clean project he wished to undertake on his property. He had found us by receiving one of our leaflets which we send out with offers and news. Katie discussed the process with Mr R and what was involved and this led to a site survey being booked at the property as per our usual process.
During the site survey Louis took all measurements required and checked the integrity and condition of athe existing roof tiles and structure. Mr R was then provided a quotation for these works which was immediately accepted - but the work was to be carried out during the following spring at Mr Rs request.
Once March arrived in 2023 the work was scheduled in and went ahead as planned. The project took two working days commencing on the first day with cleaning the existing roof of moss, algae and lichen and given a thorough cleaning off. The following day the newly clean roof tiles were coated with ProPERLA weatherproof sealant which prevents future water and moisture ingress which lasts for up to 25 years.
Mr R was amazed at the finished result which he commented looked like he had a completely new roof entirely. He even brought his neighbours to see whilst Smarter Home Systems were still on site finishing up leaving the property clean and tidy. Mr R has gone on to enquire about using us to clean and seal his property exterior walls which is another excellent service we provide to remove algae growth and seal the walls against moisture damage.
