Roof Cleaning - West Wellow
Smarter Home Systems were called in September 2021 by Mr C from West Wellow in Hampshire. He had heard about our effective roof cleans from a friend and invited us to quote for the work. After our initial site visit we submitted our quotation which around a week later was accepted and the work booked in.
In late October work commenced in rectifying several years of decay on the property's roof tiles which were discoloured and badly affected by moss and algae. After our usual thorough checks of the tiles and mortar the entire roof was skillfully pressure washed before being treated with our industry leading ProPERLA roof coating. This efficiently treats any remaining lichen and contamination and prevents further growth for years to come. Once this stage was completed an overall grey renotech colour was applied which completely enhanced the appearance of the entire property.
