New Doors and Windows - Winton
During February 2023 Mrs B from the Winton area of Bournemouth walked into the Smarter Home showroom to ask for a comparison quotation for a full house of new windows and doors. Louis visited the property to gain the exact requirements in a site survey and it turned out that Mrs B already knew the exact colour and style of items she required, which was grained anthracite on white for the new windows, french doors and composite front door.
The very next day Smarter Home Systems had won this order as our quote was less expensive than Mrs B already had - we are very competitive and rarely lose out on price. Having won the order a second site survey was undertaken to take all exact measurements and then all of the items were ordered for delivery.
Around a month later Smarter Home Systems were on site with all of the new stock. Obviously work commenced by removing carefully the old doors and windows so that minimal damage to the infrastructure occurred. Over the course of the next few days the new windows and doors were fitted with no problems whatsoever. A lot of issues can be avoided if correct measurements are taken at the beginning.
The new stock provided an instant uplift in the presentation of the house and Mrs B was thrilled with the end result and in fact how smoothly the whole operation had gone from start to finish. Mrs B is already discussing other home improvements with us for the near future.
