The property had grown tired over several years before the owners decided to upgrade the appearance to give it that much required kerb appeal. Having happened to walk past our showroom on Ensbury Park Road the couple contacted Smarter Home to compare a couple of other quotations they had already received for these works. The proposed upgrade of this property included a thorough roof clean, removing moss built up over time and then the roof was sealed to protect it from further degradation. This alone would have vastly improved the appearance of this house but we also completed a full roofline replacement including fascias, soffits and all guttering. This was accompanied by new windows throughout. To complete the project the walls were masonry painted and coated - so effectively from the outside the exterior of this property was completely transformed.
Works commenced from 4th May 2021 and were completed just a couple of weeks later despite some fairly adverse weather conditions which our team battled through in good spirits. Smarter Home Systems were incredibly pleased with the end result of this project - and so were the owners who then passed us on to another family member who has since used our services also.
