These works included re-pointing around the roof area including chimney which required scaffold hire. The existing property roofline was requiring attention and Smarter Home re-aligned all of the existing fascias, soffits and gutters, cleaned and cleared them all to provide a much more appealing roofline. This is one feature that can instantly make an impact. Any property requiring kerb appeal should have either new roofline installed or the existing one re-aligned and cleaned up. Smarter Home also tidied up all areas around the windows and doors to again provide a more visually appealing house exterior.
The work resulted in a quick sale for Mr & Mrs C and to a slightly higher value than they were expecting.
